How to use
1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water before cleansing 2. Apply a small amount of shampoo, about a 20 cent piece for medium hair, to your palms and work into a lather 3. Massage shampoo gently into the scalp and through lengths, then rinse well 4. Repeat shampoo if hair has heavy product build-up, then rinse until water runs clear 5. Squeeze out excess water so hair is damp but not dripping before applying conditioner 6. Apply conditioner to mid-lengths and ends, using about a 20 cent piece for medium hair, then work any remaining product towards the roots 7. Comb through with fingers or a wide-tooth comb for even distribution and leave on for 3–5 minutes 8. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until hair feels clean and silky 9. Use this system every wash day, adjusting frequency to your hair needs, such as daily for very dry hair or a few times a week for normal hair 10. For best results, follow with your preferred leave-in treatment and minimise heat styling where possible
