How to use
1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water before starting your routine 2. Apply a small amount of Nourish Shampoo, about a 20 cent piece for medium hair, and massage into the scalp and lengths until a rich lather forms 3. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if hair feels like it needs a deeper cleanse 4. Squeeze excess water from hair, then apply Nourish Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, using more product for thicker or longer hair 5. Comb through gently with the included hair clips or a wide-tooth comb to ensure even distribution 6. Leave the conditioner in for 1 to 5 minutes depending on how much hydration your hair needs, then rinse well with warm water 7. For an intensive boost, after shampooing apply Ultimate Treatment to clean, wet hair from roots to ends, using a 20 to 50 cent piece amount depending on hair length 8. Massage through and leave Ultimate Treatment on for 60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly 9. Use the shampoo and conditioner every wash, and use Ultimate Treatment twice weekly or whenever hair feels dry or fragile 10. Gently towel-dry and style as usual, avoiding rough rubbing to keep hair smooth and minimise frizz
