Ideal for normal to very dry, sensitised hair, this Kérastase Nutritive trio combines a nutrition-rich shampoo, an intensely caring conditioner and a protective blow-dry cream to help replenish moisture, improve elasticity and defend against future dryness.

How to use
1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water before cleansing 2. Apply a small amount of Bain Satin shampoo to the scalp, about a 20 cent piece for medium-length hair 3. Massage gently into the scalp and roots, working the lather through lengths, then rinse well 4. Repeat shampoo if hair has heavy product build-up or feels very oily 5. Gently squeeze out excess water and towel-dry hair so it is damp, not dripping 6. Apply Lait Vital or Masquintense to mid-lengths and ends, using around a 10–20 cent piece depending on hair thickness 7. Comb through with fingers or a wide-tooth comb to distribute evenly, then leave on for 2–5 minutes 8. Add a little water, emulsify the product through lengths, then rinse thoroughly until hair feels clean and light 9. Towel-dry hair by gently squeezing, avoiding rough rubbing 10. Apply Nectar Thermique to mid-lengths and ends, using a pea to 5 cent piece for fine hair or up to a 10 cent piece for thick hair 11. Distribute evenly with fingers or a comb, then blow-dry or air-dry as desired 12. Use this trio 2–3 times per week for dry hair, or as often as needed, and always apply Nectar Thermique before any heat styling for best results
