How to use
- Wet hair thoroughly with warm water, ensuring scalp and lengths are fully saturated
- Dispense a small amount of Universal Wash into your palm, about a 20 cent coin for medium hair, and emulsify between your hands
- Apply the wash to the scalp first, then work through the mid-lengths and ends, massaging gently for 1–2 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear, repeating if hair has heavy product build-up
- Gently squeeze out excess water from hair before applying Universal Condition
- Apply Universal Condition to clean, damp hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends, then smoothing any remaining product over the scalp
- Comb through with fingers or a wide-tooth comb to detangle and ensure even distribution, then massage the scalp for 1–2 minutes
- Rinse well with lukewarm water until hair feels light and clean
- Use this duo 2–4 times per week, adjusting frequency based on your hair and scalp needs
- For best results, follow with your preferred leave-in products and allow hair to air dry or blow-dry on a low to medium heat setting
