How to use
- Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly, and dampen your body under warm water
- For scalp, scoop a small amount about the size of a 20 cent coin into your hands
- Apply to wet roots in sections, focusing on areas with oiliness or product build up
- Massage gently in circular motions to activate the lather and melt the sea salt crystals, working across the entire scalp
- Rinse thoroughly until all scrub and salt crystals are removed, then follow with your preferred conditioner or treatment
- For body, take a similar small amount in your hands and apply to damp skin
- Massage in circular motions over areas needing exfoliation, allowing the sea salt to gently buff away dry skin
- Rinse well until skin feels clean and smooth, then pat dry and apply your usual body moisturiser
- Use 1–2 times per week for normal scalps and skin, or up to 3 times per week if you experience heavy build up, adjusting frequency if any sensitivity occurs
