How to use
1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water before cleansing 2. Apply a small amount of Fortitude Bond-Building Shampoo, focusing on roots and scalp, then massage gently 3. Rinse well and repeat if needed for a more thorough cleanse 4. Squeeze out excess water and apply Fortitude Bond-Building Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, combing through 5. Leave conditioner in for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water 6. Once or twice a week, after shampooing, apply Fortitude Bond-Building Masque to towel-dried hair from roots to ends 7. Comb masque through, leave in for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly 8. On damp or dry hair, work a small amount of Fortitude Bond-Building Elixir through mid-lengths and ends, do not rinse 9. Use the cleansing gel on wet skin, lather gently over body and face, then rinse well 10. Use hair products as part of your regular wash routine and adjust frequency to your hair’s needs for best results
