How to use
- Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water
- Apply a small to moderate amount of Intense Icy Shampoo to your palms, adjusting the amount to suit your hair length and thickness
- Distribute the shampoo evenly through damp hair, focusing on areas where brassiness or yellow tones are most visible
- Massage into a rich lather from roots to ends, ensuring all strands are coated
- Leave on for 1–2 minutes for subtle toning, or up to 3 minutes if stronger toning is desired, checking the tone as you go
- Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear and no product remains
- Follow with a hydrating or toning conditioner, such as a complementary icy or blonde conditioner, to replenish moisture and enhance shine
- Use 1–2 times per week or as needed to maintain your preferred cool tone, alternating with your regular shampoo to avoid over-toning
