“I have so many amazing things I want to say. Starting with a sting and personal thank you to Nadine for the transformation she has done with my hair. Start to finish it was a perfect experience. When booking in the ladies made sure to ask lots of questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I was after and then when I saw Nadine the next day for my appointment she confirmed exactly what the others were telling me which was great because it showed good communication and knowledge from the whole team. Then when talking about what I wanted done I only had a few Pinterest photos to go off and none of them were exact. I felt like I was picking and changing so many things but without missing a beat Nadine knew exactly what I was trying to say. She nailed the colour. All I had was a travel cup and said I want a pink kind of lime this but not exactly this 😅 Well she nailed it! When it came the after care I told her I needed products and this scared me because everywhere else I go I always get pressured into spending so much. But nope not here, Nadine was happy to make sure I got what I really needed and explained what was important and what was optional and was more than happy to work within my tight budget! It was nice to get my hair done and not feel like people were just seeing dollar signs. Everyone always says at the end of these “The only thing I would probably change would be…” but honestly I can’t think of anything! I don’t use the word perfect often but this is a time that really calls for it because it was a perfect experience from quote to service to now. All my friends love it (and trust me they have opinions they love to share good or bad) so that was another tick for me! Thank you Nadine for all you have done for my hair and my confidence!
