How to use
1. Wet hair thoroughly in the shower, ensuring scalp and lengths are fully saturated 2. Apply a small amount of Ceramide Restore Shampoo to your palms, then massage gently into the scalp and through mid-lengths and ends until a soft lather forms 3. Rinse well and repeat if hair has heavy product build-up or excess oil 4. Gently squeeze out excess water and apply Ceramide Restore Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, using a small amount to start and adding more if needed 5. Comb through with fingers or a wide-tooth comb to ensure even distribution, then leave in for 1–3 minutes 6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until hair feels clean and silky 7. Use the Hyaluronic Acid Polish Hair & Body Scrub once or twice a week on the scalp before shampooing, applying a small scoop to damp scalp and gently massaging in circular motions 8. Rinse the scrub out completely, then follow with shampoo and conditioner as usual 9. For body use, massage the scrub onto damp skin in the shower, focusing on dry areas, then rinse away to reveal smoother skin 10. For best results, use the shampoo and conditioner every wash day and the scrub weekly to maintain a fresh scalp, hydrated hair and soft skin
