“The piercer is absolutely wonderful. I have seen him on a few occassions now and I am always relieved when he walks out of the studio to see me. Would not recommend any other piercer but him. He pushed a piercing through my lip and was considerate, gentle and reassuring, even though I accidentally kicked him. Just a wonderful piercer and a hell of a nice person. Thankyou so much xx”

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 5⭐️ I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Sandra today, being assisted with all equipment and products, from hairdryers to heat protectors! Sandra was super thorough with her description of each product and demonstrated the use of multiple hairdryers for me to find the perfect one for my kit! Unfortunately, MC had none available in stock in the colour I was after but she pointed me to my nearest local Hairhouse of which she checked stock levels for me and even helped me put one on hold. I have been to numerous Hairhouse stores across the CBD and suburbs trying to find help in all of these topics and have not had such an incredible experience as a I had with Sandra. I don’t ever write google reviews but her service definitely deserved recognition! Defiantly impressed with her knowledge and will 100% be back to stock up my kit again in the coming months. 😊”
