When will my Click & Collect order be ready for collection?
At Hairhouse we take pride in offering excellence in customer service and will endeavor to have your order ready for collection within 3 hours. During peak periods, processing times may vary. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.
What do I need to provide to be able to collect my order from store?
To collect your order from store, please provide the following:
- Copy of the email with your Click & Collect order number
- Photo ID
The name on the Photo ID must match the details on the order confirmation email.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, however the nominated collector will need to provide the following:
- Copy of the email with your Click & Collect order number
- Photo ID of the nominated collector
The name on the Photo ID of the purchaser must match the details on the order confirmation email.
Can I split my order to Collect from Store and Delivery?
We are unable to split the order to Click & Collect and delivery, however you can place separate orders if you require 2 separate fulfillment options.
What if a store is unable to fulfill my order?
In the unfortunate event a store is unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within the 3 hour time frame and an alternative store will be provided by our customer care team. You will have the option to collect from another store or our warehouse will ship the order to your address.
Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
You will need to contact the store directly or our customer care team via customer enquiry form or email if you wish to cancel a Click & Collect order.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds can be processed via original payment method provided the circumstances meet our refund policy.
How long will the store hold my Click & Collect order?
Once your order is ready for collection and you've been notified, the store can hold your order for 7 days.

Rendr FAQ
What is Rendr and how does it work?
Customers can place an order online at hairhouse.com.au, select Rendr Same Day Store-To-Door delivery at the checkout and have the order delivered to their door. To ensure same day delivery, order must be placed before 3PM. When an order is received, the store is notified and the store will pack the order. Your Rendr delivery driver will pick up the order from store and deliver it straight to your door.
Rendr is available in selected Hairhouse stores. Delivery is a maximum of 10km delivery distance from the store location.
Is Rendr delivery available in my location?
Rendr is only currently available within a 10km delivery distance of your preferred store. You can check Rendr availability on the product page of our website, or in the checkout. Rendr is available in participating stores only. To check if your local store is available for Rendr please click here.
What if I place my order after the same-day delivery cut off time?
Order before 3 pm for guaranteed same-day delivery*. Orders can be placed with participating stores only. Order delivery window is subject to the individual store trading hours. You can check the store trading hours by calling the store directly. Note, trading hours may differ during public holidays and extended trading periods such as Christmas. Check your preferred stores trading hours here.
Can I cancel my Rendr order?
You will need to contact the store directly or our customer care team via customer enquiry form or email if you wish to cancel a Rendr order.
Can I request a refund?

Do I have to be at home to accept the delivery?
You must be at your delivery location to receive the order. Failing to do so can result in an order cancellation. In cases where a customer is unavailable to accept the delivery the driver may contact you to leave the order somewhere safe.
My order was missing an item / incorrect order.
If there is a missing item in your delivery, or you have received the incorrect delivery, we encourage you to contact the store to get the most up to date status of your order. You will need to contact the store directly or our customer care team via customer enquiry form.
