1. If you find a better advertised retail price on any Hairhouse Warehouse stocked product, we will, subject to the terms below, match or (at our discretion) beat that price.
2. To be eligible, at the time of purchasing a product from a Hairhouse Warehouse store, a customer must provide evidence to the satisfaction of staff of the store of a current advertisement broadcast on commercial radio or on commercial television, published in a daily newspaper (other than in the classified section) or printed in a catalogue of a local competitor of that store, in which the competitor offered the unconditional sale to the public of a product identical to the Hairhouse Warehouse stocked product.
3. The offer only applies to a product offered by a competitor having a retail outlet located within the same city or town as the relevant Hairhouse Warehouse store, and who currently has that product in stock (this does not include back orders) at the advertised price.
4. The offer does not extend to prices advertised by online retailers, auction prices, prices advertised in relation to fire or liquidation sales or the like, or prices advertised by clearance outlets or the like.
5. The offer will not apply where a competitor’s price is conditional or has been determined after the allowance of any amount for, or is part of a promotion involving, any rebate, cash back offer, free or bonus offer, trade discount or stock clearance or any limited quantity promotion or where the competitor’s price is subject to any other circumstances which render direct comparison with the relevant Hairhouse Warehouse store’s price (in the opinion of staff of that store) unreasonable.
6. The offer only applies to products that are purchased in normal retail, and not bulk, quantities (whether or not a purchase is of a normal retail or bulk quantity will be determined by staff of the relevant Hairhouse Warehouse store).
7. This offer may be amended or terminated at any time. Amendments or notice of termination will appear on our website, www.hairhousewarehouse.com.au.
